1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, including original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories or documentation.
  • Final sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@badmon.ch to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).

4. Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items upon receipt and decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the returned item(s). Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exceptions

  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly:

    • Exchanges: If the item is still in stock, we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you. Both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item will be covered by us.
    • Refunds: If an exchange is not possible, you are eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.

    Important: Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery to report any such issues. Ensure you provide photographs of the damage or evidence of the error to assist in expediting the process.
